Tarrant County College, Arlington, Texas. Howard Reich and photographer Zbigniew Bzdak, who documented Howard’s journey for the Chicago Tribune and appears in “Prisoner of Her Past,” spend a residency at Tarrant County College. The event includes a gallery exhibition of Bzdak’s photographs; classroom appearances by Bzdak and Reich; and public and private screenings. In effect, this engagement reaches different audiences through distinctive media, telling the story via film, image, lecture and conversation.
